Our Old Hailey home is a boutique B&B just one block from restaurants, shops, and everything you’ll want to wander to. Hop on the free bus to Baldy, Dollar, Sun Valley, or cruise 11 scenic miles up to Ketchum — no car drama required.
We’re tucked into the best part of town (yes, I’m biased), just steps from The Powerhouse and Tundra — both dangerously delicious. Everything in Hailey is walkable, and the bike path is three blocks up Spruce, stretching from Bellevue all the way north of Ketchum. Bring your sense of adventure.
This house has stories. The front dates back to the 1800s, and it’s grown beautifully over time — kind of like the rest of us. You’ll find four crisp, contemporary rooms, each with its own private bath and shower, plus a deck or patio so you can sneak in, sneak out, or sneak away for fresh mountain air.
Fair warning: guests say the beds are so good they debate canceling their plans.

Twenty-five years ago, I left San Francisco for Sun Valley — and clearly decided to stay. My kids are grown, but this house still runs on connection, conversation, and probably too much coffee. Hosting keeps it lively and lets me share everything I love about our mountain playground. As for Sun Valley? I take full advantage of it, and I’m more than happy to share the valley's secrets.
